Wesley Carroll, Principal - Secondary said:

These are the first results for Folkestone Academy since we joined Turner Schools and I am extremely proud of our students and their achievements in their GCSE examinations. These results are a reflection of the dedication and hard work of students and staff over the course of the five years of secondary school. It is particularly encouraging to see that Folkestone Academy is improving at a faster rate than the national average: we have further to go, but this is a very encouraging sign. I would like to wish all the students the very best, and look forward to welcoming many of them back into sixth form in September.”
